Manufacturing

How a garment gets made here.

Print, cut, stitch, decorate, check, pack, ship. Every operation below is shown with footage or photographs from our own production.

Printed garment panels on a roll of sublimated fabric

01Capabilities

The operations, one by one.

  1. DS

    Design & mock-ups

Send finished artwork, or a logo and a reference. We lay the design onto front and back templates so you can approve colours, names and numbers before anything is cut.

  2. SB

    Sublimation printing

Designs are printed to transfer paper and heat-pressed into the fabric, so all-over graphics, gradients and numbers become part of the cloth rather than a layer on top of it.

  3. CT

    Cutting

Fabric is laid out and cut to pattern on long tables, with printed panels cut to their print lines.

  4. ST

    Stitching

Panels are joined on industrial lockstitch and cylinder-bed machines, depending on the garment, from jersey side seams to cap crowns.

  5. EM

    Embroidery & bullion work

Embroidered logos and badges, and hand-finished gold and silver bullion for peak caps, shoulder boards and regalia.

Your brand on the garment: heat-transferred logos, printed chest labels, woven labels and branded trims.

  8. PK

Finished garments are checked, folded and bagged individually, then packed for shipment. Worldwide export is part of our service.
