Quality & craftsmanship

Quality you can see up close.

Our sign promises premium quality, competitive prices, on-time delivery. This page shows what the first of those means on the floor.

Where quality is decided

Four checkpoints.

  1. You approve the design first

Front and back mock-ups, including names, numbers and logo placement, are signed off before anything is printed or cut. Most quality problems in custom apparel start as a misunderstanding; this removes them early.

  2. Print and panel alignment at the machine

Sublimated panels are joined so stripes and graphics line up across seams as designed.

  3. Seams, closures and trims checked by hand

Finished garments are handled before folding: seams, waistbands, zips, snaps and trims.

  4. Individually bagged

Garments are bagged one by one, which keeps them clean in transit and makes roster orders easy to hand out.
